Yes, I saw them on TV news closing entrances to subway stations.

I heard an interview, better to shut off power in thia storm rather than have the water cause fires (destroying equip/connections)…..that would require Lengthy repair time

well being that i am a actual new yorker i feel i can give they most correct information on this topic lmfao yes all public transportation has been closed since october 28th 7pm so that includes buses, trains, and taxis. they have not told us when they will be starting it back up but school has been closed for tomorrow as well so most likely that means public transportation is down tomorrow as well
