uhm? I have a sensitive gag reflex, any thing will set it off. So it just depends. You can train yourself not to gag, it takes some practice. But some people are just going to have a more sensitive gag reflex than others.

there is a way to have no gag reflex.. hold your left hand in a fist… then push your thumb on your left hand down on your fist… try it out..

not true, i choke on everything. I think it varies from person to person. Also probably wehn they are giving oral, they are trying to holdi t and control it more.

it may be a different stimulation. the brush can tickle the roof of my mouth, and that can make you gag. compare being tickled with a feather vs. a hot dog. most people will gag if you stick something down there throat, but if its just in there mouth the may not.
