If you keep cutting you hair regularly, then how can it grow? It doesn't make much sense to keep cutting your hair regularly to make it grow, shouldn't you just leave it alone? Just wondering... Any explanations?
Well in all reality, it really doesn't make sense and thus is not necessarily true. Trimming the ends of your hair does not have any affect on the growth cycle.
However, though hair cuts don't actually promote growth, there are many advantages to regularly trimming your hair.
I guess it just keeps hair healthy. But I just use a split end protector and I just try to be nice to my hair cause I'm too dang lazy to get it trimmed regularly and hair growth has still worked just fine for me. Sorry if that doesn't really answer your question lol
It keeps it from breaking off unevenly...which would require much more hair to be cut off at a regular haircutting session....
Take Omega 3's and 6's.....FIsh oil caps or Flax seed oil....and your hair won't need to be trimmed as often....
The idea is to keep it healthy. Obviously if you cut off 1/2 an inch every time it grows half an inch, it's not going to grow any longer. You cut off less than the growth.
That's alright, I appreciate your comment. Thanks! :)
Good point. Thanks for your comment. :)
