or you can download a program called smart defrag and its free ..It puts an icon on your desktop and its faster than windows defrag thats it !!

follow this : go to start at bottom of your computer, then Programs, then Accessories, then system tools, then pick Defrag not difficult but may take awhile if you never did it, then you can do a disk cleanup especially internet temp files…
