hey I stopped eating meat about 3 months ago but im geting really pale and skinny now how can I gain some more weight and get more color?
Eggs are a good source of protein and so are lentils, you need to replace protein in your diet since you have cut out meat. Make sure your eating lots of green veg for iron, broccoli and spinich are the highest I think. Cheese and dairy are a fantastic source of fat. Beware of iron pills, they an make you constipated so if you do have them, drink plenty of water and maybe something like pineapple juice or prune juice to get things moving. One last thing avocados are very rich in good fats and will replace bad fat in your body, it is also really good for your skin and hair, either eaten or in a mud pac.
you need to add iron and protein back into your diet suplementing them with pills would be a good idea that or if your not a vergetarian because of a good reason (like you love animals, dont want to eat them, ect) maybe you should start eating meat again also eat foods with quite a few calories and carbs in them, like pasta
BTW jazzlovestoskate is right, carbs like potato's and white pasta are good for calories and energy levels.
