What time should I be at a free concert, if it starts at 5pm?

At least a few hours early. If you want to be at the front, you’ll need to be there in the morning

prob a few hours early to get in line to get a good seat or standing room.. i would be there for like 1 or 2 pm

I imagine you would wanna get there early because the fact that is free means first come first served.

you should be there at 4:00 and bring some things so you will not be bored and that way you will be there at the right there with no prob…
