Go camping and bring loads of fireworks. And I mean A LOT!!! Let your cousin help set them off but be careful. Put some of those sparklers in his cake like they do at restraunts and stuff too. Have a huge party. Have fun!

As bettybetty wrote above celebrate them both for its a great day plus its nice to know that people wont forget your b-day for all they gotta remember is that its on the 4th of july so go have a blast!!!
