how can I lose just a little weight in my thighs in like 4 months
You can't chose where your body loses weight from - it makes those decisions not you unfortunately. You can do a lot of cardio excersise to get your heart rate up and burn fat faster eg: do sprints in between jogging. But ultimately it depends on your body shape as to where you lose fat first. if you tend to put on weight around your hips and thighs first then that is the last place you will lose it from. I have that kind of body shape myself and I struggle to keep myself slim. Eat low fat foods and excersise daily - even if it's just walking.
Run on the treadmill. I ran on the treaad mill for like 2 hours a day and I notice a great improvement on my thighs in almost a month and 1/2
