Whats the letter box in Sims 3?

Okay so im trying to use the force twins cheat.. I used the testingcheatsenabled true already and I read to shift and press the letter box.. whats the letter box. its not the console ontop. someone help.

Ohhh… ok, well I have the sims 3, and a lot of the cheats on the internet are fake that were posted, to find the cheats that actually work, open up the cheat menu, and enter ‘help’. I don’t think force twins cheat works on sims 3…

you could also try entering Forcetwins (or whateve the cheat is) in the top console

haha, the letter box is the thing where you pay the sims bills, out the front of the house… lol
