Its considered a temp at 102, but I wud start bn concerned at 100

high fevers in children can be scary- if they get too high the fever can trigger a febrile seizure, young children with fevers should be watched very carefully and when in doubt don’t be afraid to take your child to the doctor.

i never realized how serious a fever in a kid could be until i was going through my EMT training, i am always nervous and extremely vigilant when i am on a call with a pediatric patient- even more so than an adult trauma patient.

with children always error on the side of caution.
