Oh and I will be working part time…6 hrs after school…does that mean ill get more than $94 every 2 weeks…because I had an freind who worked at mcdonalds full time some days…but her check was soo little…big ripp off if you ask me..im only 16 so min wage is great…but I dont want it to be TOO little.

Interviews are kind of cool because its basically all about you. They just ask you all kinds of questions about you and how you would handle different situations. Try and know what position you are applying for and have a good idea about what the company is about. If you don’t get the interview - or don’t get the job, don’t let it get you down. Trust me I’ve handed out like 20 resumes in the past month and only got 2 interviews. Don’t let it get to you - just keep trying if you don’t succeed. Its hard to know what you will be making, it depends on what they are paying you and the amount they take out for taxes and stuff. They will talk that over with you. And about your check - some money is better then nothing so be happy with what you get.

Working at a Fast Food place (Mcdonald’s) is a lot different than working at a store like Target. I would say quit that job immediately if you only get $94 every two weeks. Working is hard, and even for McDonald’s, who are billionaires, ,or close too it, she should get more than that a week! Even my 16 year old who worked at Arby’s got $250 every two weeks, and that was with the Tax paid. =) And work’s about 5 hours.

they may ask you the following:

why do you want to work at targe? what can you bring to the company? what would you do if you knew or thought an employee was stealing?

We ask girls, at a female clothing store, questions like that during interview?
