No… the person your with has to be your PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN, not your boyfriend. My cousin got one when he was about 16, but his PARENTS went with him so it wasn’t a big deal.

no first you legally need to be 18 to get a tattoo anyone who tatoos you at 16, even with parental consent is really still doing it illegally and no you need a parent with I.d an old friend wont do they need to see a parent, who has the I.d to proove that your their child if you/she does not have that the tattoo isnt going to happen

you have to be 18 no matter even if your parents are there with you the won’t do it for you I tried with my parents there … but one day I went with all my older friends and a couple of them got tatts then the guy said I have time to do your right now if your geting one to and I was like 15 going on 16 so maybe if she plays it cool
