I have done it for 3 years then quit and now starting back up

but ya its amazing if you dont know what it is look it up on youtube

I don’t know my old team that I quiet decided to try a program for adults just fer fun but I don’t know if they still do it and ya I don’t know after that

never done it but I think any excuse to be in the water is good. I have loved swimming since I was 5 y.o. are there amateur clubs or anything for adults to get into syncro swimming?
