I would be suspicious if a guy randomly wants a picture any time. You don’t exactly give us much information here … is this some guy you just met? Have you known him long? What’s the relationship between the two of you? If you want thorough answers, you need to provide thorough questions.

Unless it’s a close friend I would not send photos to them. You never know what the person may do with them.
