surgical nurse

how long does it take to be a surgical nuse

Answer #1

According to education portal. com:

Surgical nurses usually have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN), and some also hold graduate degrees. To obtain a nursing license, students must graduate from a state-approved nursing program and pass the NCLEX-RN, which is the national licensing examination for registered nurses. One must also attend perioperative-specific clinical training programs to be certified as a surgical nurse. Programs are offered to registered nurses by hospitals and universities.

A bachelors = 4 years, masters anywhere from 1.5 to 4.
