Can certain foods burn calories? If so which ones?
foods like apples, grapes, lemons, any type of oranges, pears watermelon(BUT NOT normal MELON)celery, assparugus, brussel spurts, peas, carrots etc. THESE are called NEGATIVE CALORIFIC FOODS will take moew energy to digest than there is in them.
lol you get calories by eating food. you burn colaries by exercising. if you want to burn excess Kcal's then get working!
