I don’t think so, he might not have known about it or something. Did you ask him at all if he was infected with anathing before doing anathing? I don’t think that you can unless its killing you or something? I think this is why they advice to check if yoh have an std, or to go with your partner together to find out. I would ask like a planned perenthood pearson, they could know something about that meaby, and if you can, they can give you more information on it.

he did know, and its HPV .. he told me continually that he had had sex with multiple girls without condoms.. after already having sex with me

no, I was told numerous times that its “my” responsibility to go with my partner to see if he is infected by any disease before we get intimate ..so i am guessing u can’t sue him..

yes u can sue him ….if he know abt the disease and that he would transmit it if he had sexual intercourse with some one …….if he knows the above thing and yet he had intercourse with u forcefully or with out u knowing it . then u can sue him ……. but first get ur self checked

Well did he give you one? and if he did im sorry to tell you but the answer is no…He should have been a man to tell you that he had an STD but thats also why you should have used a condom. I hope that helped

We dont sue people here so my knowledge on that is limited, but its certainly illegal for him to intentionally infect you with a disease. If it was unintentional then I dont know if you could do anything.
