Is it a stomach ulcer or gastroenteritis?
Ive been having a stomach ache for about 3 days now :( its stop and comes back again. its really bad in the morning tho. and when im laying in bed i cant move postitions or my stomach hurts again there no vomiting or diarreah tho :/ just stomach pain and cramping…
u might want to get that checked out by a doctor :\\
It is not gastro–I am just out of hospital after a bout of gastro. With gastro you get both vomiting, and diarroeah. You should see a doctor, fast!
