You'd have to pay for a domain. Along with that, you'd have to know how to program a website layout along with all the functions that your website will need. If not, you'd have to find, or pay someone to code and program that for you. Another idea, something that some people do, they create a website using one of those free website domains ex: freewebs.com or a blog and begin selling items on that, of course for that it's best you have friends who are willing to spread the word. An alternative, you could sell on ebay or craiglist, kijiji.
