you say it like, como estas, senior/seniora? (for elders) como estas seniorito/seniorita? (for youngsters) lol!
am not sure if I’m right, but that’s what I know.. lol! hope someone give you the most accurate answer. Ü for bien, not sure.. /-:
bien-good como estas-how are you?
if it was like a sentence it would be like “ola!! comos estas senorito/senorita?” -= hi how are you mate/friend/buddy then the other person might say “bien” which is good/fine/ok
how are you good
como estas- how are you? bien- good
como estas is how are you bien is good
