it really depends on why they are sore and red. you could see a docter if it is for medical reasons. they may have an infection. or you might not be getting enough sleep. or they are natural. try contacts if that so??? Kim xxx

if there just sore from too much running or something, grab something frozen, wrap it in a tea towel, and lightly rest it on the area it would be best to see a doctor about it if its hurts or if its not from rubbing
