What songs are good to relax or fall asleep too?

I like the sounds of the ocean, so for me what relaxes me is the sounds of the water and stuff like that. I also find the album “unforgettable” from Nat King Cole to be very relaxing as well. By the time the song Unforgettable is over I am very mellow & by the next 2 following songs I’m usually about to fall asleep so I shut my ipod off. Another is Billy Holiday…her voice is so soothing even if her lyrics are sad…Just a few of my favs :)

i like listening to classical piano pieces when i have trouble sleeping :) they are very relaxing but they are not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ as they say…haha

I can’t listen to music when trying to fall asleep because my mind always wants to know the next song hehe. may sound crazy lol. so, i just turn on the golf channel and it bores me to sleep :D

Lol well for me to get to sleep i HAVE to listen to wiz khalifa … but after that celine dion heart goes on (the song from titanic) helps me fall asleep or christina perri songs, but thats just me

Mellow music puts me to sleep. Bands like Staind are really good for that.
