a chelsea smile is a form of torture, where they cut the sides of the victims mouth, then stab em so when they scream it rips up 2 there ears creating a smile

basically she has a secret that she feels guilty about, causing the shame to eat away at her soul causing her to feel this way as its only getting worse with time. She feels the only way she could smile is if someone cut one for her
