Can you still login? If so, just have the customer service e-mail you a new password.
If not, here is what they say to do on their help page:
I. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FIRST, BEFORE NOTIFYING IMVU:
1) If you still have access to your account, please log in and change your password immediately.
For more information on how to do this, please click on the HELP tab (located in the right upper corner of any IMVU web-page), click on the ACCOUNT AND BILLING HELP section, then click on the section entitled “Edit, Update, or Delete your Account”, and look for the topic there entitled “change password”.
2) If you can’t log in to your account, try requesting a new password from the log-in window. This will automatically change the password to your account if your email hasn’t been tampered with.
If you try this feature and do not receive an email from IMVU, your account’s email may have been changed by the person who has your password. Please let us know immediately (See directions on how to notify IMVU below)
**NOTE: Once you have recovered your account, you may want to check your transaction history. To review your transaction history, click on the "Account" tab at the top of any IMVU web page, go to the section in the middle of the page entitled "Order History" and click on "View Credits Balance Log". Each credit transaction you made is listed on that table, as are any credit changes made to your account (rewards, referrals, adjustments etc). You can look up transactions by date. If you have any questions about a particular transaction, please use the “help request ticket” found on our Help Page, and be sure to copy and paste the transaction history for that item into your help ticket.
If after reading the above information, you are STILL not able to access your account. Please send an email to our Customer Support department by clicking the EMAIL LINK on this page.
Be sure to provide the following information:
The avatar name for the account that was hacked
The original email address used to set up the account (If your address has been changed and needs to be restored, we will return the email to the original address you set the account up with and notify you when this is completed)
The birthdate you used to register the account
Any information on how this person obtained your password (Someone has to have your password to access your account) Did they ask you for your password? Did you give your password out? Does anyone else share your computer? etc...
well in yur email imvu mayb sent yu a mensagge than says yur imvu account has been deleted then click the url than they sent yu and change your password easy right I hope dis help u ;]What to do if someone hacked onto my AIM account?
