It's possible but unlikely, since sperm usually lasts about 5 days inside of your vagina, and ovulation occurs about 14 days from the last day of your cycle. It all depends on when you ovulate, and everyone ovulates at different times. But if you're trying to get pregnant, then what's the problem with trying later? ;)
you're chances of getting pregnant when you are on your period are a lot higher than when you are not on your period. so yes, wear a condom if you do not want to get pregnant
