There’s nothing you can do to stop him, so if you think he’s really putting himself in danger, tell your parents.

You should tell him to stop and if he doesn’t than you should tell your parents because they “stuff” could harm him in many different ways.
If he’s doing something harmful to himself, you should step in.
Give him an ultimatum - either he stops, or you tell your parents.

Make him stop because he could really harm himself and the children that he may one day have.
