Is there a way to shrink your breast without have surgery?
I feel ya I hate big boobs. Just not my thing and I've always had a bigger bust than everyone else
Lift weights and focus on that area. They'll come down eventually
Worked for me last year
exersizing definatly sense the breasts are mainly fat they are the first to go. Though I don't know why you would want to make them smaller.
Loosing weight will do that, work out more.
If you lose weight they will shrink.
y would you want to do that?
