skinny vs fat

okay so like january this yr I was size 8-10 top half and size 10-12 bottom now im 12-14 top and 14 bottom its completely depressing me I dont feel sexy or happy nothin I have even joined the gym I just cant keep a diet one thing nocks me down and thats it I want to eats and eats just want to to be skinny well slim agen help?

If you want to be in good shape and eat what you want and get over your depression I suggest taking up running. Running is a natural exericise that works the whole body internally and externally. Also it helps to release dopamean (I can’t spell today) a chemical in your brain that makes you feel happy. If you take up running it may be painful at first but believe me your body will love it and you’ll be able to eat what you want. It is easy to do and you can do it wherever. Even if it is jogging in place for half an hour it helps.
