I believe it’s based on interests…either that, or it is just randomly generated. Not really sure.

I think it’s also based off of the most recent users to come online. I recall Jeremy mentioning that.

It may also be some of the ppl that have asked similar questions that you have or some of the questions you have answered they have too!
