What are signs you got the job?

I went for an interview and just wondering if any knows any signs of how to tell if you got the job or not?

If they ask if you can start ASAP. For example, during the interview, you tell them you have to give four weeks notice to your current employer to leave your current job and the interviewer ask if you can start early then the 4 weeks, you got a chance otherwise they wouldn’t be asking… Another is, observing the interviewer’s body language, if they are interested in you and think you are the right fit for their organisation, their body language will give it away a bit….Another sign I find is after the interview, within a few hours, they ring you to offer you the job. I applied for a job before my current one that I am in, where I got the job offer whilst driving back home from the interview which was pretty freaky.
