side stiches

I have this thing called side stiches andso do a lot of other people. its where if you do a lot of up and down movenment(walking, running, ect) your sides start to hurt really badly. what can I do to help with them?

I wouldnt know much about it…but id say just as a guess to make sure to eat right, stay in shape, deff no smokin (duh), and stretch well before doing extreme activitys

Don’t eat within a hour before you do any type of exercise.
