Right on Ty, there are a number of reasons that could make you pass. As Ty said, low blood pressure, dehydration, influenza (the flu), pregnancy, over heated, exhaustion,etc. you do sound preety worried about the issues you are having and I have seen your posts regarding panic attacks as well. You need to make an appointment with your Dr and let him/her know what has been going on, and your concerns. Worrying about your condition will make you all stressed out and can tend to increase the chances of more panic attacks. Try to calm down a little hon, call your Dr and just remember that you have made an appt and that you will start to get to the bottom of this! If you feel yourself starting to get all worked up, take a big deep breath and while releasing that breathe, start with your head and shoulders and focus on making them relax, then (same breathe out—slowly)make everything from your shoulder to your waist relax. If you need another breathe, breathe in BIG and slowly let out focus on your pelvic area,your butt and thights,,now relax one leg,then the other and both feet. These help me when I feel myself stressing about something. After awhile and you are used to the relaxing feeling of your body, try it lying down and make yourself feel each individiual body part relax and really sink further and further into the mattress (I like to do mine on the bed, but you can lie down anywhere you like)each limb, each hand and foot, pelvic muscles, hip bones. I don’t stop with each item until I just feel it sinking deeper with each part shoulder, then down to the elboiw and so on. Try these, they really work. An questions just give me a yell on fm!!
