wtf? that’s really stupid. tell him to grow up. how old are you. you shouldn’t have kids for a long time. obviously. he just wants to get laid.

dont do it if he doesnt love you why on earth would he want something “special” from you to keep its likley hes not going to love a baby either if he doesnt love you, dump him because theres no point in being in a relationship if both people dont feel the same way about each other dont have a baby with him and dont continue the relationship find somebody who makes you happy that later in life will WANT baby with you and will want to take care of you both
