Sick gerbil..

I think my gerbil is sick.he won’t drink,he wobbles when he walks and when he trys to walk he falls on his back a lot and he is really cold.what should I do?

No I haved’nt but my gerbil is doin really good now.he is not cold anymore and he can walk now and he is eating good now and drinkin so thank You guys You help me a lot.:)

Have you taken him/her to the vets? See what they say… = )

I agree with Phrannie, and they don’t have a long life span. How old is it?

See if you can wrap him up, in a washcloth, and maybe put an electric light bulb over his cage…to help warm him up. To be real honest, when the body temperture has lowered to the point that he actually feels cold, he’s probably on his way to Rainbow Ridge (pet heaven)…

I have been wraping him in a cloth to keep him warm but he is still cold and I put electric light bulb in front of him.He is moveing a lot more now.Not sure how old he is.I think I had him for a couple years now.Thanks everyone. I don’t think he is going to make it..:’(
