The fact that you question it makes it seem like it’s a little too soon for your own likings. Are you sure you’re ready to say it to him? If you genuinely do love him, I don’t see any problems with saying it. Don’t say it unless you truly mean it, though. “Love” isn’t a word that should be thrown around. When you should say it to him, you’ll know without a question.
