Should I ask her to be in my wedding?

Ok so im getting married and I have 7 brids maids k well my soon to be husband was my bestfriends boyfriend and I had sex with him in high school. She was mad for a while and we are not best friends but we are cool and I think she is still mad at me even though she says she is not and sometimes I fell bad because we had sex one night after his basketball game and so she was sick and we went to a party and he was just talking about sex then I asked him if his d!!k was big and soon I found out. But anyway I need 8 brids mades and I dont want to leave her out but every time I talk about the wedding she like puts on a fake happy face what should I do???
