sharp molars

Hey, the top premolars and canines of my mouth are really, really pointed and sharp towards the inside instead of the outside. I’ve been looking at tooth diagrams and I was wondering if it’s uncommon?

It’s normal. They can grind down after awhile from eating, or you can get them grind down a little at the dentist if it’s making you uncomfortable.
