During the time you are getting excited/hard and until you cum, there is some fluid that leaks from your penis known as pre-cum. Pre-cum can have as much sperm cells in it as the cum that shoots out when you orgasm. If any pre-cum gets into her vagina, yes she can get pregnant from this.
