Serious Question, how to lose weight?

Okay I am 18 years old and I am in college.I have no time to excersize, let alone study. To make matters more complicated I had a baby almost 3 months ago and I am still slightly bigger than prepregnancy weight. And to answer any questions I gave my daughter up for adoption, so I dont have that to worry about.Any tips on how to loose weight?

1)ok what you have to do is buy the food that you really want not what you aren supposed to eat 2)When your hungry eat! 3)eat slwoly so you can ell if you are full or not 4)you dont have to finish your food eat until you are full

wow you cud have put it in a better way other than I gave my baby up for adpt.so I don’t have that to wry about..but just true going maybe 50 sit ups a day cut out soda and juice and try diet soda and water you will lose at least 20-25lbs…good luck..

ull only lose weight by cutting yur calorie intake,and regular excercise,I lost 4 stone in 4 months by excercising 4 an hour every day and cutting out chocolate and biscuits
