Scrolling Background?

How do I keep my pic in one place while the rest of the page scrolls??? I see a lot of people who do this, but I don’t know how.

Edit the photo settings when you customize your profile…the “photo position” option, in the drop down, select the second to last one, “stretch to fill background”.

Just as thedude said, but I’d like to add that if the picture isn’t the right size, stretching it will distort it.
