Scratchy vagina?

Ok I’m 14, I’ve never had sex but I have masterbated twice and like a month later I got a pimple on the side of the lip on my vagina and on the top of it it itches and I’m scared to go to the doctor cause it might not be a big deal so can someone tell me what it mean… Am I ok… Is it a good normal.. Or should I tell a doctor?

Ummm I’m guessing its normal I mean its never happened tew me but it may not b a big deal but just incase maybee tell yur mom or doc.
