is it possible to have scene/emo hair without having bangs?

It’s not common. I have never seen a scene/emo hair style without bangs. To make hair scene/emo without bangs, I guess you would have to just have it dyed random colors, or unnatural colors like purple, blue, pink, green, etc…

Yes,Ive seen it done before.You could do it without cutting any of your hair too. Tease the hell out of the back of your hair, and use tons of hairspray,itll work(:

yes, tons of people have emo and scene hairstyles without a fringe/bangs, mostly they part there hair in the middle and still have it poofed up

You can always make it look like you have bangs by making a small bouffant in the front as you would with just bangs, then seperating the leftover hair to each side and teasing that. Becareful with teasing though because you can split your ends easily and using too much hairspray to keep it in place is no good, especially if you dye it to give it the more “scene/emo” style. And if the bouffant isn’t your style, just side part it and tease it and it’ll look perfectly fine. Hope this helps xx.

well yeah, when you say scene/emo i instantly picture the black top-heavy looking hair, and that usaully comes with bangs but i guess you could just use a head band and push it back, then a little forard, because that makes a little poof, but bangs really make the hair

dont care so much about fitting to a style. do what you want to do with yourself. just think about what the style you want looks like and look at the ways people make it work. emo is so old.
