Scared and need help

Just go on it a bunch and you will get over it that what I did and trust me morgan it works.

yes I tried that do you know what the chinese ferris wheel is its like a ferris wheel but you get in this thing and you get straped in really tight so you dont end up at the top and then this thing your in goes in cicles around and around and sometimes it gets stuck upside down and your not thuching the set anymore the only thing thats holding you is a seat belt and the ferris wheel goes really fast and last reall long it takes 5 mintues to end and most the time you are stuck upside down it is scary as h*ll and when I got off this thing is was shacking sooo bad that it looked like I was on the north pole I tried to tell myself im not scared and everything is fine even my friend keep telling me it was all right no it didnt work what elso can I do to get over the fear of the ride

I love heighs I love the view of it I just dont think of what will happen which there is 1 out 100 % chance that nothing will happen unless you are acting stupid

just go on rides similar to it then work your way up.

I think its important to face the fear, but do so slowly. Go back and go on less scary rides and work your way back up to it. Though, some fears we just never really move past, so if after trying it again you sill find it terrifies you than I would suggest simply avoiding that ride. There are tons of fantastic fun rides, avoiding one is not that hard.
