if there are buttons on the side that control the volume hold the button that controls down for a sec and it should go into silent mode
press and hold down the # key.. Press and hold down to de activate as well
the # button, hold down , it will tell you it is in silent mode, same to get back
let me see (it’s mah friends phone)
is there keys on the side?
look on the front of your phone were the numbers are look next to the 0 and hold on that and it will vibrate that means it is on silent mode
hold down the # key for silent mode
