running and feeling about to pass out

when I run for more than like a quarter mile, I feel like I’m going to pass out. my throat gets the really dry feeling and it’s like I can’t breathe. I can, but it hurts. I’ll admit I’m not a runner, but I’m not that unhealthy! what’s up?

you either has asthma or you need more water in your system try drinkin more water.. up to 8 glasses a day recomended.

its not a bad thing hun if you’re not a runner, then thats why! once you start to run more frequently, it will get easier and easier! I, too, feel that way, but every time it gets better. after running like nine outta ten days in a row, you should be a perfect runnner! good luck & keep me updated!

Asthsma or dehydration. or not fit enough to run that far yet
