But seriously: the ringing in your ears is called “Tinnitus” and can be caused by damage to the inner ear. A possible cause of both headaches and tinnitus is “sinusitis” - inflammation of the sinus passages sometimes caused by the collection of mucus forced their by frequent hard blowing of the nose.
