I don't believe so, unless you "colorize" or "tint" it, but it would all come out the same color.
You can try to use "tint" on something like picnik to color each part of the photo whatever color you want. For example, tint someone's hair brown, their shirt pink, their skin peach color, tan, etc... and color their eyes blue, green, brown, etc...
That's about all you can do. I don't believe there is any way to undo a photo that's been changed to black and white, or taken in black and white.
I know how to do it! it was kind og like angelee was saying. If you have a photo that you want to change from grayscale to color i could try and do it. Otherwise it is a difficult process and take alot of time.
Adobe Photoshop is the answer. You can remove black and white easily, although I'm not sure of the specifics. The program costs a hefty sum of money, however. If you have it, look up a tutorial on Youtube.
I think you can with photoshop. I think it takes a long time to do though, theres a bunch of steps you have to go through, Try finding a tutorial with google. :)
