Is there any reason why my chihuahua has become extremely protective and clingy all of a sudden?

she never really is like this … Could she be sick ? Could I be sick ?

No , all the male dogs are neutered .

You can check if she’s sick, take her to the vet.

I doubt that she is sick couple questions though:

  1. is there any new animals in the house?
  2. she could just be “claiming” you when animals get too attached hey can get like this and its important that you don’t see it as a cute thing you need to deal with it or it can evolve into a bigger problem
