yeah but you cant be afraid of calories. most people dont even know what a colorie is. a calorie is the unit of enery possessed by a piece of food, so a poptart has 400 units of energy, the only reason most people should cut back on calories is because their body doesnt use over 1500 units of energy every 24 hours. but if you do, then you should match you caloric intake to your daily energy consumption. and about 3/4ths of a calorie.
Like countess said almost everything has calories the way to find out which don't is to search on google the foods with a negative calorie count, which means that it burns more calories trying to digest the food than you are taking in. I know apricots are one of the foods, but not sure what else.
Yes pretty much everything has calories. Each raspberry is a little less than 1 calorie.
