Can rabbits and kangaroos mate?

Answer #1

i don’t think so..i haven’t seen something named rangaroos or kanbbits..lol :D

Answer #2

I suppose they COULD, but they don’t. Animals of different species don’t mate with eachother. Kangaroos have 16 pairs of chromosomes, while rabbits have 44. The whole point of mating is to create new offspring, and those two are just not compatible. Besides, it would be an awfully silly site, wouldn’t it?

Answer #3

I do not believe so, and if they did nothing would come of it. It would be pointless for a rabbit and a kangaroo to mate. -_-

Answer #4

Do t think so lol :) be cool though :)

Answer #5

kangaroos are too big. Ill give you an analogy, lets say The kangaroo is a male, then it goes to the female rabbit, What would you think will happen? It will destroy the rabbits hole, hehehe :)

Answer #6

Would it really!? :DDD AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Answer #7

if there are donkeys and zebras having babies then why not alot of crazy things are happing after all…lol

Answer #8

Not what i know of.

Answer #9

No I highly doubt they could, their both built differently. Ones big and the other is small… there’s no way the situation could work out… esp with how big the kangaroo’s thingy would be.. it kill the rabbit lol

Answer #10

no idea but fit would only be possible if the kangaroo was the female haha but either way i dont think so cuz the rabbit would most likely get smushed!

Answer #11

They can’t! I can’t believe NO ONE answered this right. It’s scientifically proven that animals who’s species are too far apart cannot mate together. It’s genetically impossible. I learned it as a tenth grader.

And no offense to those who didn’t know, I’m just surprised there wasn’t a single right answer.

Answer #12

I dont think they would
